On 2009 August 20, a friend of mine introduce to me a new opportunity to open shop for free. This caught my interest and decide to go for a trial. The new opportunity that my friend introduced to me is related to a company knowned as “eCosway”.
On August 21 until 25, I had to guide a group of tourist from Vietnam and thus not free to continue for any development. Nevertheless, I had decided to join in as a member of the group and go for a trial. 
On August 25, After se3nding off my group of tourist, I decided to go with my wife to help in the preparation for opening of a shop. This shop belongs to a friend who is a Malaysian Tourist Guide too. She had join the group a few months ago and it is true that she manage to get a free shop and is now preparing to open on the 28th of the month. The idea on go and help is to double check the progress on how true is the system and secondly is to prepare and learn as we are preparing to open shop too if this is true.
On arrival to my friend, Joan’s shop, the delivery truck is unloading boxes of products from the truck to send into the shop and blocking the entrance. There were close to twenty tourist Guides in the shop giving their helping hands. They are all the member of the group and coming here for the same purpose like me. We called ourselves as coming to help but the actual transportation tasks were actually all done by the staff of the transportation company. This was actually arranged by eCosway.
By looking at the pictures attached here, I am sure you can feel from everyone’s faces that we are happy working together, even though it is Free and no payment. This is actually why the system is successful as everyone will work together for mutual benifit.
In the above-attached pictures, please note that not only the shop is FREE, the renovation of the shop and all necessary hard wares such as TV, computers, POS system are all prepared by eCosway. After unloading all cartons fro the trucks, the truck left for a second round delivery while we are waiting for the consultant to come and guide us on the necessary tasks. While waiting, a few of us gathered in the meeting room prepared and those seniors took this opportunity to guide those juniors on preparation to go for interview, a necessary procedure to open their own shops.
Very soon, the consultant arranged by the company came to the site and started to guide all of us in counting each and every items based on the delivery notes.
The product checking procedure completed quite fast as they were many of us helping. This was followed by arranging products on shelves. All products have to be arranged according to assigned shelves, depending on the pictures prepared by the consultant. This is a very professional step of display.
Due to some previous appointment, my wife and I had to leave the shop around 4:30 in the afternoon while the others were still displaying the products. They all completed the job at midnight.
